I will coach you every week as you move through the curriculum. The 12 week course is through the Jai Institute for Parenting. It requires approximately 1 hour of “work” each week, through watching a video and completing a corresponding workbook. This component really helps rewire your brain and nervous system, as well as offering a much more compassionate understanding of our children. I have personally found this work to be transformative and I can’t wait to guide you through it! We will have weekly, 45 minute coaching calls where I can support you through whatever is going on as well as help take a deeper dive into the material.
